Our team of professionals is based in our larger core markets. With offices in Stockholm, Frankfurt, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki and London, we combine local market availability with access to the international loan market’s bank contacts.
As in other areas within structured finance, corporate loans are highly complex arrangements involving significant amounts of money. Negotiations are initially conducted on a one-to-one basis and other banks become involved in the syndication phase of the execution.
As our client, you can expect SEB to raise the finance and structure the commercial and legal terms and conditions of the transaction, working with our Loan Syndications and Loan Agency team in London to bring in other banks into the transaction.
We have been a leading arranger of syndicated loans for our clients since the inception of the Nordic corporate loan market and deliver a tailor made solution for different situations, such as acquisitions, IPOs or working capital facilities.
We subsequently act as your single point of contact in the day-to-day administration of the loan through our Loan Agency Department.
