A culture of innovation, client service and commitment to society
At SEB, we can trace our history back to 1856 when André Oscar Wallenberg founded Stockholms Enskilda Bank - Sweden’s first private bank. In the process, he became the country’s first venture capitalist. Since this time, the bank has been characterised by innovative thinking and commitment to society. We have grown by evolving alongside our clients ever since by consistently delivering exactly what they need.
