Leadership in SEB
SEB attaches significant importance to a strategic leadership culture that supports the bank to become a high performing organisation. Managers are expected to take long-term business responsibility through future-oriented behaviour in the areas of customer focus; decide and execute; and lead and empower. These three behavioural competencies have been identified as the most important competencies for SEB to succeed in delivering on our strategy.
Numerous leadership development activities are offered to managers at different levels. These activities focus on leading yourself and others, leading business and driving change. They also include coaching and feedback, dialogue and communication, and strengthening collaboration.
